gp-you.ch, gp-you.org, gp-you.com, gp-you.net Freeware License Agreement

Download  and use  of  freeware software  from gp-you.ch,  gp-you.org,
gp-you.com  and gp-you.net  websites  (the program's  object code  and
documentation  are  collectively referred  to  as  "the software")  is
submitted to acceptance of the following license terms:

1. Usage 

You are  granted a limited,  personal,  non-commercial, non-exclusive,
non-sublicensable, non-assignable, free of charge license to download,
install and use the software on  your computer. You are only granted a
license for  the softcopy,  object code portion  of the  software. You
will  not  undertake, cause,  permit  or  authorize the  modification,
creation  of  derivative   works,  translation,  reverse  engineering,
decompiling, and disassembling of the software.

2. Distribution

The software shall not  be distributed, recopied, published, assigned,
sold, bargained, conveyed, transferred, pledged, leased or granted any
further rights to use.

3. Warranties and Disclaimer

The author  of the software  expressly disclaims any warranty  for the
software.  The  software  is  provided  "as is"  without  warranty  or
condition of  any kind, either express or  implied, including, without
limitation, the  implied warranties or  conditions of merchantability,
fitness for a particular  purpose, or noninfringement. The entire risk
arising out of use or performance of the software remains with you.

4. Limit of Liability

In  no event  shall the  author of  the software  or its  suppliers be
liable  for  any damages  whatsoever  (including, without  limitation,
damages for  loss of business profits, business  interruption, loss of
business information, or any other  pecuniary loss) arising out of the
use of  or inability to  use the software,  even if the author  of the
software has been advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. Termination

The  rights  granted  to   you  under  this  license  shall  terminate
automatically upon any breach by you of the terms of this license.

6. General

The  validity  or  enforceability  of  the  remaining  terms  of  this
agreement is not affected by the  holding of any provision of it to be
invalid or unenforceable.
