In closing, I can say that the changes we have made inside the store to help with customer traffic flow and organization are exciting for us to be able to better provide quicker checkout and less congestion on the front end. The last time I was there, the customer service desk paged 3 or 4 times for all help to come up front to help sack, not once did I see anyone come up.
